Amelia joined the firm in June 2024 as a personal assistant, Amelia quickly demonstrated a keen understanding of the firm’s operations and has a proactive approach to problem-solving, while maintaining strong, professional relationships with staff at all levels of the firm. In November, Amelia also began to assist our Business Improvement Partner as well, this helped to expand her knowledge of the firms operations.
In February 2025, Amelia took on the role of Operations Manager, working with the Business Improvement Partner, Amelia oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm and ensures that all departments run smoothly and efficiently, as well as ensuring an easy integration for new staters or movers within the firm.
