Job Description
As a result of ongoing growth and consistently high demand, we are expanding our New Enquiries Team with the addition of a new position at our Head Office in Northwich, Cheshire.
We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with others over the telephone and can bring both energy and professionalism to every conversation. You must be a strong team player, but also take initiative and responsibility in your work.
You will work at the heart of the firm selling legal services to new and existing clients and referrers.
The role is a fast paced role which requires you to build relationships with clients over the telephone and ensure they have a positive first impression with the firm. You will be the first contact clients have with the firm, so you must be able to show a high level of customer service in line with the firm’s ‘Committed to Excellence’ promise.

Knowledge or experience around legal services or related services would be beneficial for this role.
