Charles has over three decades experience in helping clients plan for later life, including advising on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts. In addition he has a wealth of experience supporting and assisting families and friends administer the estates of loved ones following their death. This often involves advice about complicated inheritence tax issues, which can be difficult to deal with. Charles trained with Poole Alcock Solicitors qualifying as a Solicitor in 1990. In recognition of his experience and expertise he is a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner having attained his Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners’ (STEP) diploma.
